Leadership in the 21st Century
with John Finegan
Every journey to the future is unique.
What makes a successful organization? The leader. The leader affects virtually every part of an organization's success. And today, employees want something new from their leaders. People expect managers to give them clear expectations, coaching, and ongoing development.
This program reveals how to attract and retain employees using commitment-building principles, tools, and techniques that stand the test of time. We teach you how to give your teams the purpose and development they want - so they give you the performance you need. Who inspires your team? You do! I will share lessons, principles, and stories of innovation, failures, and successes. We will unpack ways to unlock your teams' and talent's hearts and minds through trust, vulnerability, and an expansion of ambiguity tolerance for today's rapidly changing world.
