MILLENNIALS, AND THE FUTURE OF WORK
The way people work is changing. As Millennials continue to enter the workforce, and technology continues to evolve, the influence of these changes are evident across all work environments. Millennials, while only 35% of the workforce now, are poised to become 75% by 2025. On top of that, Millennials are poised to pass Boomers in annual spending and purchase power in 2018. Given these changes, It is vital for companies to adapt to the new work environments Millennials are seeking, as well as understand what Millennial consumers want out of a company. Despite what many stereotypes there are, Millennials can be extremely loyal to companies both as employees and consumers. The key is in the message.
As a Millennial himself, Patrick is living what this generation is going through. His knowledge and experience are brought together in his engaging and thought-provoking presentation. You will gain understanding of the Millennial generation, as an employee and customer, as well as information on the changing dynamic in the work world, the generational gaps, and how culture can bridge the gap in your organization. No matter if you are a Baby Boomer, Gen X, or Millennial, you will learn something about yourself and others in the presentation. Join us to learn more!
