Introducing OHM Fitness! We offer a unique workout experience while wearing our EMPower suit for a 25 minute, low-impact, gentle workout. The suit stimulates your muscles up to 85 contractions per second and it's the workout equivalent to a 2.5+ hour high-impact gym session, delivering similar results in a fraction of the time without the wear and tear on joints, ligaments and muscles.
